I couldn’t think of a better subject for the first blog on the new website than one of my favorite subjects – food. It has long been a passion to photograph the amazing dishes created by the talented chefs in my area and abroad, so I was thrilled when contracted by TOPS Magazine to photograph Sway’s new executive Chef Pietro Consorti.
Chef Consorti originally from Milan Italy has taken the southern influenced menu at Sway to a whole new level using fresh local ingredients and giving them a touch of Old Italian flair. The result is some of the most unique and elegant dishes I have ever seen or tasted.
From dishes such as Squid Ink Linguine with mussels to Pork Belly with KY kale, he uses his Michelin Star background to construct modern visions of well known comfort foods.
He was a pleasure to work with and the food should not be missed!
